Can these add ons can be used on other web design software? and if so does the licensing allow this?

They will only work in their current file status (something.wpack) with Webplus, they have not been designed to be used with other html software, however, if you decide to add them to a site/page within webplus and then pull the code apart once published to then be able to add them to other software, you do so at your own risk and obviously would not be supported via this forum
