Need Help With The New "Construction Template"

I recently purchased the "New 3 in 1 Construction Template". I've started tweaking the template to my needs, however, I've come to a problem. Can someone please let me know if I can remove or change the color of the "Large Yellow" picture on homepage? It's the picture with the heading "Building and Maintaining your Dream House". I would GREATLY APPRECIATE any assistance given. Thank you and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
